By accessing and using PigeonProfile ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Accounts and Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

3. User Content & Privacy

Our Service operates as a private SaaS (Software as a Service) tool.

  • Private by Default: All pigeon data, pedigrees, and photos you upload are private and accessible only to you via your secure login.
  • Voluntary Sharing: You may choose to generate "Public Links" to share specific pedigrees or pigeons with others. By creating a public link, you acknowledge that anyone with the URL can view that specific content.
  • You retain ownership of all content you upload.
  • You grant us a license to host and backup your data as required to provide the Service.

4. Acceptable Use & Content Moderation

Zero Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content

Although your data is private, if you choose to use our Public Link features, you agree strictly to the following:

  • You must NOT upload or share content that contains nudity, sexual activity, hate speech, violence, or harassment.
  • We reserve the right to immediately terminate the account of any user found sharing objectionable content.

Reporting & Moderation

  • PigeonProfile provides a mechanism for users to report objectionable public content to support@pigeonprofile.com.
  • We commit to reviewing all reported content within 24 hours.
  • If a violation is found, we will remove the content and/or suspend the offending user account immediately.

5. Subscription and Payments

  • Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases. For full details, please visit our Refund Policy.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice to you.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PigeonProfile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service following changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
